Description

Firstly exhibited at the fuorisalone in Milan in 2010, the open credenza was a research on the possibility to make design starting from pure function. The inspiration came from the world of heavy transport and logistics, where aesthetics has very little importance.

The furniture is made of laminated timber panels, held together by a nylon strap and lacquered on one side only. No nails, screws or glue are used in the joints, to allow to dismantle and re-build the credenza easily.
