We were also asked for a new format to use as guideline for the company’s future venues. Our goal was to create a residential feeling that not only is comfortable for the one-time customer, but is also crucial for reaching the habitual client who cares about the food offer and his lifestyle, which is the company’s main target. We did that through the use of honest materials, new design elements such as the service area timber-clad bulkhead or the ‘living room’ break area and through custom furniture like the long central island or the multi-purpose trolley.
